Do you accept Return?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Dr. Fashion Store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days and 7 days for Trendsi Brand of the original purchase date for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return or store credit, items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached) and returned in their original packaging. Returns must include a completed order packing slip or return invoice from our online returns portal. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Please note that we are not responsible for return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. It is recommended that you keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number for your own protection. Return drop-offs are not accepted at our distribution center or corporate office.
We reserve the right to delay a refund until the returned items are actually received, if there are credible concerns regarding potential fraud. Thank you for your understanding
Exceptions:
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Special orders or custom items cannot be returned.
- Lingerie, Underwear and Swimwear cannot be returned.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Shipping:
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for items under $100 USD. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

Can I exchange items?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy.
